These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed with Zest & Lavender and the use of the zestandlavender.com website. We are passionate about our customers and about the creativity, products and services that Zest & Lavender offers. We therefore aim to make sure that you are happy with your use of the website.

Our contract with you
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product(s), event ticket(s), or services from us and we will send you an order acknowledgement. However, your order will only be fully accepted once processed by us. Until then we can decline to supply the products or services – we aim to ensure that this never happens, but we do, however, reserve the right not to fulfil your order for any reason if, for example, we have made an error on the price or similar, or we simply can’t fulfil the product or service. In such circumstances we’ll refund what you’ve paid to us. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason, and in these unusual circumstances, we would not be liable to you or anyone else.


Products, event tickets, and services
Zest & Lavender offers tickets for customers to buy to attend non-profit events (the purchase price covers all costs only associated with running the events). We may increase our offering to products or services in the future. Zest & Lavender event tickets are not physical products for shipment and delivery. We process customer data to create a secure guest list. How we use customer data, is detailed in the paragraph ‘How we may use your personal information’ within this Terms & Conditions policy. Website Information
We aim to describe event experiences accurately. Whilst we aim for accuracy, please note that an event itinerary may change at short notice due to available suppliers or other events outside of Zest & Lavender’s control. If such circumstances arise, we will aim to provide an equivalent alternative and will inform all customers of significant changes before the event.


Payment
You can pay with all major credit/debit cards such as MasterCard and Visa, and in some locations with American Express. ApplePay and GooglePay are also available on supported browsers in some locations. Zest & Lavender uses a global eCommerce payment platform which is fully compliant in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Returns & exchanges
Zest & Lavender does not operate a return or refund policy once tickets are purchased. However, we do maintain a waitlist for events. If a customer can no longer attend an event we will endeavour to connect that customer with an individual on the waitlist, so they can collaborate directly with each other for an exchange purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee that individuals will be available on a waitlist, nor can we control, or be responsible for any arrangements made for re-sale or exchange between a ticket holder wishing to sell and a willing purchaser on a waitlist. Please contact Zest & Lavender directly if you wish to use our connection service (ticket exchange via a waitlist), or if you have any other query relating to your purchase.

Things beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our control. Such events include any act, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following:

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; or civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; or
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster or adverse weather; or
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; or
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks


How we may use your personal information
As a result of the purchase process at zestandlavender.com, we may use the personal information you provide to:

  • Process your payment.
  • Inform you via email about your purchase (for example, purchase acknowledgement and purchase confirmation/completion).
  • Create a secure guest list (for any purchase related to an event).
  • Contact you with information or updates about an upcoming event.
  • You agree that we may pass your personal information to credit reference/fraud preventions agencies should they have the authority to request such information.
  • We will not give your personal data to any other third party without your consent.
  • If you attempt to make payment and experience an error or delay in processing, we may use the information submitted to contact you.
  • We may use your personal information (for example email address) to send communications to you about other Zest & Lavender events and products, or to inform you about newsworthy Zest & Lavender updates. You may stop receiving these at any time by contacting us.


General
The contract made between us and all our and your rights and obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the contract.
